I have worked with Brigitte for many years, most recently with the sale of a home in Tacoma during this crazy market in 2023. Brigitte was professional and proactive in doing everything she could to sell the property in a timely manner, doing her best to optimize our profit; yet price the property for a fast, viable sale. When there were a few issues that the buyer wanted resolved, Brigitte knew what resources to reference so we could complete the final pieces to close the sale and went out of her way to always be available - whether it was to supervise inspectors or contractors, or to meet with other realtors or prospective buyers.
